He is the redeemer God has redeemed us – he has called us to him.
Fear not, for I have redeemed you;
I have summoned you by name; you are mine. (Is 43:1)
O Israel, put your hope in the LORD,
for with the LORD is unfailing love
and with him is full redemption.
He himself will redeem Israel
from all their sins. (Ps 130:7-8)
I know that my Redeemer lives,
and that in the end he will stand upon the earth. (Job 19:25)
They remembered that God was their Rock,
that God Most High was their Redeemer. (Ps 78:35)
